AP3 is piloting the Outside-In Review: a written look at your revenue system, built only from public information. It costs nothing. In return, we ask for your honest feedback on it.
What the review is
A written look at how your business earns money, seen from the outside.
Public information only. Your website, public listings, ad libraries, job posts and market data. Nothing you have to send us, and nothing confidential.
Every statement says how sure we are. A fact is separated from a calculation, an assumption, an estimate and a guess, so you can see exactly what to correct.
It ends with questions for you, not an offer. The most useful part of an outside view is where it is wrong.

What we ask
Read it, then tell us what was useful, what was wrong and what was missing.
The review is free. There is no invoice. Your feedback is the exchange: it is how we find out whether the review is worth doing for anyone else.
This is a pilot. We are testing whether the review is useful to the people it is about.
Selection and limits
Places are by selection, and the review has limits we would rather state now.
AP3 reads each application and chooses who to review. Being selected is not guaranteed. Applying costs nothing and commits you to nothing.
It is an outside view. We have not seen your records, so some of it will be mistaken. No result is promised, and the review is not a plan to implement.
